Yeah I can't see this having any real effect on the general. Although between this and Horsford's affair, seems like NV House Democrats need to get it together.

To be fair it looks like she'll pay a significant political penalty (though a lot of that is because there is a Republican alternative readily available in Doug Collins)

This district is an interesting group of 3 MN02/NH1 /NV03
They all basically swung with the national average and are mostly middle educated exurban/suburban districts in states that were mid to high single digit Obama to quite narrow Clinton wins.

There are other factors, but sex scandals tend to have more pull than financial ones with the general public, even if they shouldn’t.

In the same world that a Romney-Trump district like NJ-11 is Safe D in 2020: because of a joke opponent and because Trump is near certain to lose there.
