No, he would not be able to. Colorado at this point is a likely Democratic state and Bennet would win a third term, by a convincing margin.

Owens would do somewhat better than Phil Bredesen did in Tennessee in 2018, but he'd still lose.

Biden Midterm:

Michael Bennet (D) 50%
Bill Owens (R) 48%

Trump Midterm:

Michael Bennet (D) 53%
Bill Owens (R) 46%
