Describe a Hillary 2016-Bernie 2020 primary voter

Most of these voters are probably hispanic voters from the west. Hillary won California in 2016 and Bernie won in 2020. Those are the majority of the voters who went from Hillary to Bernie. Much more voters (mostly white voters) from the midwest went from Bernie 2016 to Biden 2020.

Yes, exactly. There were even more Bernie-Biden Voters, many of which were from the midwest. Many of these people really did not like Clinton in 2016, and many of them did not vote in the general election, or voted for Trump. Many of these people voted for Biden in the primaries over Bernie in 2020.
