The Niskanen Center rates it as Likely D, but I think Chip Roy wins again. Considering this was a Ted Cruz district (albeit just barely), I don't think it flips unless Trump turnout really takes a hit.

Roy's best line against Davis is that Wendy Davis is a carpetbagger, but otherwise, he's too far to the right and seemingly doing anything he can to alienate all of his Travis County neighbors. tossup to lean-d, especially with Abbott's covid response.
