SMU (The Mustangs did just have a pretty impressive victory over Memphis)

BYU (It probably says something that the Cougars are the toughest opponent BYU has faced to this point)

Cincinnati (Cincinnati has a win over a ranked Army team, and possible wins over ranked SMU and Memphis/UCF teams. Could that be enough to get them into the playoff, if they remain undefeated, and win the AAC?)

Miami (FL) (Pitt hasn't played an opponent as tough as Miami yet)

Auburn (South Carolina did beat Vanderbilt, but I wouldn't be surprised if that ended up being the Gamecock's only win)

Kentucky (It's a rivalry, and a big trap game for both teams , given they play Alabama/Georgia next week. If a tie game was possible to pick, I would pick it here)

Navy (ECU just isn't very good)

South Alabama (I'm not sure why we included this one. Surely there were better games to choose from?)

Temple (Other than beating The Citadel, South Florida has not looked good at all this season)

Liberty (If Liberty wins this game, plus their matchups with NC State and Virginia Tech and finishes unbeaten, you could make a good argument that they should be in a New Year's Six Bowl.)

West Virginia (The game with Texas Tech at the end of the season might decide whether Kansas actually wins a game this year)

Army

UAB

Notre Dame (It's worth noting the Fighting Irish could be unbeaten until Clemson comes to South Bend on November 7. The winner of that game probably has a guaranteed playoff spot, regardless of what happens the rest of the way in the ACC)

Florida (The wheels have completely come off for LSU. If it weren't for COVID making most coaching jobs safe, I'd question whether Ed Ogereon will keep his job)

NC State (The Wolfpack have played very well this year. They might well be legitimate ACC contenders)

UCF (Closest thing to a tossup on the schedule this week in my opinion)

Wake Forest (Another tossup game, the Demon Deacons have looked better than the Cavaliers to this point)

Arkansas (The Razorbacks looked very impressive against both Mississippi State and Auburn. Ole Miss shouldn't be a problem for them)

Oklahoma State (This might be the easiest pick on the board. Then again, this is the Big Twelve)

Missouri (The Tigers are coming off a big win at LSU and they are facing the only team worse than them in the division. I smell a blowout.)

Alabama (The winner probably has a guaranteed slot in the College Football Playoff waiting for them.)

Boston College (My "upset special". Virginia Tech couldn't stop North Carolina and had trouble stopping Duke. Boston College has only allowed 30 points or more in a game once this season to this point, to Pittsburgh last week, and they won that game.)

Florida is suspending all football activities, LSU-Florida has not been postponed yet....but it wouldn't be surprising.

And it's postponed to Dec 12th.  Also Saban has tested positive.

If the Alabama/Georgia game doesn't get postponed, I am switching my pick in that game to Georgia.

Unless Auburn actually ends up with a losing record (they won't, counting this game as a win, they should also beat Ole Miss, LSU, Mississippi State and at least one of Tennessee/Texas A&M), Gus Malzahn isn't being fired. Even then I don't think he gets fired unless he loses every game left on the schedule, and that's unlikely.

Will Muschamp on the other hand probably would be fired this year if it weren't for COVID (for one thing, he'd have Clemson, a key rival AND a certain loss on his schedule, and his only SEC win likely would still be Vanderbilt. I'm not sure he'd survive that in a non-COVID year.)

It's going to be a lot harder to make the pick em games in the next couple of weeks given that the big ten and mountain west are coming back next week, more filtering will occur so we shouldn't have "gimme" games anymore.

Maybe not the Mountain West. Most years, that conference is Boise State, and then everyone else.
