McCain, possibly names like Bill Frist and George Allen then some of the people who also ran in 200 might try again like Elizabeth Dole and John Kasich.

McCain would have been seen as "next in line" by the Republican leadership, much like he was in 2008, and would have started out as the favorite.

Besides that, probably Mike Huckabee (who ran in 2008 IRL), George Allen, Bill Frist, Newt Gingrich (who ended up running in 2012 IRL) and possibly Jeb Bush seem like likely candidates to me.
