Tilt R. I think some people really underestimate Horn and how much this district might trend D in 2020.

Tossup/Lean R. We have seen polls of Oklahoma showing Biden leading in OK-05 and winning Oklahoma County against Trump. Moreover, the Oklahoma City metropolitan area is undoubtedly trending Democratic, and has become much less Republican since the turn of the century. If Biden manages to win OK-05, then I think Kendra Horn will almost certainly win reelection. And if he doesn't, it still appears that he will improve significantly over Hillary Clinton's performance here, and that will give her a boost. However, she is facing a relatively strong Republican opponent in Stephanie Bice, and the district's historical Republican leanings may yet prevail. But I don't think Horn can be completely counted out at this juncture.

Lean R, Horn and Cunningham are the two likeliest Democratic incumbents to lose, and lose even on a good night for Democrats

Lean R, in part due to lack of impending support for Kendra Horn. Her district will probably be sliced up in 2022 and she has no (elected) political future in the short term after that, so the party has little incentive to help her instead of helping e.g. Jared Golden.

Tilt R. Bice is probably favored right now, but Horn still has a good chance of surviving.

I think Horn hangs on, tilt D. This is a district that almost best encapsulates the demographics swinging to Dems, so I'd be surprised if Horn loses in a presidential year after eking it out in '18.

The latest poll shows Biden winning Oklahoma's 5th congressional district.
