These state breakdowns don't make a whole lot of sense if Joe Biden is up by ten points nationally. Otherwise, he'd be winning three quarters of the vote in California and two thirds in New York and Illinois. I wouldn't put much stock into the state breakdowns anyway, since most samples are too small to be meaningful.
