Sometimes, but only from the era of black and white photos.  People are wearing colorful uniforms when I imagine the 18th century.

From about 1850ish to about the 1960s. Basically when photography was a thing, but color photography wasn’t.

I try not to and for the most part I don't but I find it rather difficult to avoid doing it for the great depression. It's just depressing I guess and difficult to imagine with bright vibrant colors.
