This is Virginia’s largest city, and it has a significant military presence. It has been fairly GOP-leaning on the presidential level, but it has voted for Democrats in state/congressional races. Will it flip this cycle?

Tilt D. Before I was thinking Trump would win it but Biden's lead has expanded in the state and he is not really showing any boost of support in rural VA. So the boost has to be coming from places like Virginia Beach or the Richmond suburbs. Maybe Stafford County as well.

But you see, Atlas must continue to entertain itself with the idea that Virginia is anything but safe D. They will continue to say this as the Virginia gubernatorial election approaches, and then continue even after TMac wins unceremoniously by 6 points.
