In swing states that Trump won in 201 (FL, IA, MI, NC, OH, PA, WI) Biden leads by 17-points. Biden has a 22-point lead in solid Democratic states while Trump leads by a smaller 2-point margin in typically solid Republican states, although some of those states like Arizona, Texas, and Georgia are closer than in 2016.

It's the other way around - this tweet is wrong.

In "swing states won by Trump" in 2016 (defined as FL, IA, MI, NC, OH, PA, WI), it's Biden 52, Trump 35.
In "solid Democratic states" (including Maine, Minnesota, Nevada and New Hampshire), it's Biden 53, Trump 31.
In "solid Republican states" (including Alaska, Arizona, Georgia, Montana, Nebraska and Texas), it's Trump 43, Biden 41.

The fact that it's actually a bigger margin here than it is nationwide is pretty damning and destroys the whole "Biden only has such a big lead because he's racking up huge margins in blue states and/or cutting the margins in red states where it doesn't matter" narrative.
