If we go by atlas logic based on growth and other trends DE is literally the most primed double digit Clinton state to flip R.
It has 3 counties
New Castle- Safe D northern county with Wilmington-mostly has stagnant trends from 2012 to 2016. Has 60% of the states population. Its estimated growth was 3.8%. Has a lot of corporations and large black population but also has a decent WWC component.w
Kent- Obama +5, Trump +5 swing county- growing quite rapidly due to retirees at 11.2%.
Sussex county DE-Even Obama in 08 lost this county easily and its getting even more Republican due to WWC+retirees. The growth rate is a massive 18.8%

Obviously it won't be a swing state by 2020 because its Biden's homestate and other factors but in a decent election for the GOP it could be quite swingy.
