If Trump gets defeated in 2020, he will operate essentially a government-in-exile from Mar a Lago. He will constantly tweet out criticisms of whatever Biden does, every day for the next four years unless he were to die or goes to jail as a result of some SDNY prosecution.
Who and what would stop him from simply running again in 2024, arguing that he would have won handily if not for the virus and dastardly leftists who egged it on? Honestly I think the only things stopping that from happening is Trump's health and a criminal sentence.
