PPP has the best pollster rating (B) of any pollster who has polled NC since the end of April.  The last pollster to poll NC that had a higher rating than PPP was Survey USA (A) and they found Biden to be up 5.  I would also note that PPP is based out of Raleigh, NC. 

The ONLY relatively recent polls that show Trump ahead are from Harper Polling and East Carolina University.  Both pollsters are ranked as "B/C" by FiveThirtyEight and both polls found Trump + 3.  All other polls of NC in the last month and a half show the race tied or Biden ahead.

Biden doesnt have to win NC, but it's clearly a tossup state at the Senate level

He won PA by 44k votes.  Not sure where you got 10k from.  Maybe do a little research next time.

Evidence other than you don't like the result? According to 538, it's a B rated pollster with just a slight D-bias. I doubt Biden will win NC by 4, but this is more tilt D than tilt R as we speak. If the election was held today, Biden would most likely take NC by 1-2 pts. Things can change, but this race has been relatively steady and Trump's problems won't magically go away as the election nears.
