8 point bounce in Biden's favorables from 36/53 to 40/49. 4 point increase in lead over a month ago.

We’re approaching the point where being down less than 10% is “good for Trump”

Change Research really has Biden up 7 nationally but down 4 in PA, huh?

Either way, as much junk as Change is, the point here is that it shows a trend - Change has been awful for Biden, only showing him up 3 last time, so this is a clear bump.

The poll has 69% (nice) of Americans very seriously or somewhat seriously concerned about COVID (and Trump's approvals on it equal to his overall approvals, i.e. awful). Not saying it's impossible for Trump to turn his numbers on COVID around (although I think it's unlikely), but the important part is that the public hasn't forgotten about the virus even if the media has.

That "11 points more R than the nation" would put PA 2020 the same place as Texas 2016 was, for comparison.

Sure, Change Research.
