Well, yesterday night I basically had a bit of leftover "fabada" from the previous lunch (a sort of beans stew with blood sausage, pork and Chorizo); combined with a fried egg and an ice cream.

Certainly not the most healthy food out there Tongue Fabada is actually very tasty and a really nice dish, though it is really intended for cold winters and not for summer lol

The previous day I had takeaway pizza, so again not the most healthy there either.

Yesterday I had a Carolina Barbecue Chicken Sandwich(?) from O'Charley's. Later I had leftover spaghetti.

Today I will be having Paella. It's frozen and comes from a bag, so i'm not expecting it be very good. If it is, I'll just have that; if it ain't, i'll probably fry me a couple eggs and have that with baked beans and toast.

I'm awaiting on a Five Guys cheeseburger with just ketchup and mustard to be delivered plus a small fries.

I earlier had some microwavable mashed sweet potatos and I also ate the remainder of some chicken I bought at public. Also two pieces of toast with orange marmalade.

It wasn't curry, it was just potatoes with turmeric, also you're 0 for 2, it was paratha, not naan or roti, we rarely make naan at home, because it takes so long to make/prepare the dough.

Ehh kind of, but it wasn't meant to be that. It was really just potatoes meant to be put in puffs, but instead served on the side. That's what I had Wednesday, I think (I had it sometime this week for sure, and I know it wasn't yesterday), that's generally what gets made in our house. This was more or less special food, because I don't like puffs, at all.

Frozen paella from a bag is a crime against humanity and its taste. Whoever invented it should be sent to jail and/or shot

As far as frozen copy-cats of exotic foods can be good, it wasn't all that bad. It didn't actually include much seafood in it at all (shrimp and shallots, you can guess their quality), so it was basically just spiced rice and veggies.

Also, for the sake of my reputation, getting it wasn't my idea. My mother has this complex that I can only imagine came from growing up in a hyper-Christian community during the heyday of the Moral Majority where she (and only she) has to cook dinner every single day. Adding this onto the fact that she doesn't really like cooking but is super experimental when it comes to food that she eats results in the above scenario over and over again.

2 days ago I had a "Bocadillo" of pork loin and cheese. Basically like a sandwich except done with "hard bread" (ie a baguette)

Yesterday I had the remaining pork loin, except with french fries instead.

I went to an Ethiopian restaurant yesterday. So injera an the various stews that go on it, with some sambusek on the side.

This evening, calf's liver with onions, mashed potato and peas. Got a bit lazy for a Sunday evening.
