Without a military record to defend (unlike Kerry) & having voted against the Iraq War (thus no ability to attack him for flip-flopping), he could probably win FL & thus the presidency. He'd also destroy W. in the debates.

Bob Graham/Blanche Lincoln  269 EV
George W. Bush/Dick Cheney 269 EV

The House Selects Dubya easily, but the Senate narrowly selects Lincoln to serve as Vice President.

Graham would have most likely won in 2004 and he most certainly would have won in 2000.

Gore and Kerry were simply weak candidates.

I think he would have been stronger than Kerry, probably winning Florida, Ohio, New Mexico, and Iowa. Graham was moderate, reached rural/WWC voters better than Kerry, and had a consistently anti-Iraq record that played well to the Democratic base.
