Would any states have voted differently without the DUI? Would Florida have been as close? Would the popular vote have been different?

NM WI, IA, and OR almost certainly flip given how close they were, also PA was decided for Gore late in the campaign, so that probably flips. MN and ME-02 probably flip. ME, MI, WA are tossups, and ME-01 could flip in an absolute landslide. People forget that Bush led decisively before this DUI came out.
