Or is it just a mirage of poor polling? If it is a real trend however, could it be what does Trump in?

There have been too many polls saying the same thing to attribute this to a polling error.  Perhaps inferring that some elderly people will have to die so that the stock market can recover isn't a wise electoral strategy.
