I have only seen phase 1, phase 2 and Captain America: Civil War

1. Guardians of the Galaxy
2. Captain America: The Winter Soldier
3. The Avengers
4. Iron Man
5. Captain America: Civil War
6. Avengers: Age of Ultron
7. Thor
8. Ant-Man
9. Iron Man 3
10. Thor: The Dark World
11. Captain America: The First Avenger
12. Iron Man 2
13. The Incredible Hulk

They're all between okay and (very) good, but never legendary

I'm going to group the movies in tiers, because its just impossible to rank them when so many are so different.

ELITE
Iron Man
Avengers
Black Panther
Infinity War
Endgame

Great
Guardians of the Galaxy
Civil War
Homecoming
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2 (the Yondu story-arc is possibly my favorite in the MCU)
Thor: Ragnarok
Far From Home

Very Good, but Also Very Overrated (Captain America Tier)
The First Avenger (awesome until the Nazi turns himself into an alien)
Winter Soldier (really good, but everyone drools over it like its the best action movie ever made)

Good
Thor
Age of Ultron
Ant Man
Doctor Strange (would be in the Great tier, but I don't particularly enjoy the Inception-tone)
Captain Marvel
Ant Man and the Wasp

Underwhelming
Iron Man 2
Iron Man 3 (movie turns to garbage when the Mandarin isn't the real villain)
Dark World (not necessarily as bad as it is made out to be, but the Natalie Portman character sinks this for me)

Never seen, never really plan to.

It's interesting, though perhaps unsurprising, that the films at the bottom of everyone's lists are so similar.

I mean, you've seen The Incredible Hulk, so you should know that "perhaps unsurprising" is quite the understatement.

Yeah but even the others on the bottom, generally, being 'Iron Man 2,' 'Iron Man 3,' and 'Thor: The Dark World' is pretty striking to me (yes, that can be a Thor pun if you want to consider it one).

Iron Man 3 isn't too bad actually, it just is very low-stakes and "boring" in terms of "superhero versus bad guys" action. It isn't the movie fans wanted.

I'd honestly go so far as to say that IM3 is the most underrated MCU film. I really liked how it was a Tony movie first & an Iron Man movie 2nd, & how it dealt with his PTSD in the aftermath of The Avengers.

The most common complaint I see about it is the Mandarin twist, but I personally loved it: I thought Kingsley was hilarious; it enabled him to be scary in the first part & a sort-of comic relief toward the end, & it left the real Mandarin open for future films (e.g. Shang-Chi).

Plus, there's just something so chilling about seeing 40 of his suits fly in & wreck house. It really makes you appreciate how this guy with no superpowers can dominate any fight with just preparation & his wits.

1. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 (yes, I'm fully aware that it's a controversial pick for number 1, to say the least)
2. Endgame
3. Guardians of the Galaxy
4. CA The Winter Soldier
5. Spider-Man Homecoming
6. Captain Marvel
7. CA Civil War
8. Iron Man
9. Black Panther
10. Spider-Man FFH
11. Captain America
12. Iron Man 3
13. Infinity War
14. Thor Ragnarok
15. Ant-Man
16. Doctor Strange
17. The Avengers
18. Ant-Man and the Wasp
19. Iron Man 2
20. Thor
21. Ultron
22. Thor The Dark World

Overall, I like the vast majority of the MCU, other than Thor 2, I remember liking it when I first saw it in the theater but I couldn't get myself to watch it for more than 15 minutes on Netflix, and Ultron

I haven't watched Hulk as I never thought it looked particularly interesting or that it had any impact on the MCU

Eh, it's still good to watch if you want the fullest of full MCU film experiences (i.e. there's a nice bit of (kinda subtle) set-up for Captain America, as well as an Avengers Initiative post-credit scene; Ruffalo's Banner refers to events from TIH in The Avengers; Thunderbolt Ross obviously returns in Civil War; there's a TIH easter egg in Ragnarok, etc.), but yeah, how it affects the grand scheme of things is nonetheless pretty minimal.

I don't hate it. I don't hate any of the Marvel movies actually. I  just don't like it as much as the films I ranked above it.

TIH isn't that bad. It's still a 5/10 movie for me, which isn't exciting, but it's still worthy to watch. I've seen way more worse movies than that, incl. Hulk from 2003 which is also not that terrible. But I think Hulk isn't that interesting of a character, and I like Ruffalo way more than Norton as the Hulk.

1. Iron Man — I definitely know who Iron Man is
2. Guardians of the Galaxy — family saw this in theaters, dragged me along. Decent soundtrack
3. Iron Man 3 — it was fine, I saw it late at night on FX. This was the one where they went to Miami or something, and something with an oil tanker? And Gwyneth Paltrow kills somebody. Good movie.
4. Iron Man 2 — it was fine, I saw it late at night on FX. Mickey Rourke is in this one I think? Don’t remember any other details

Marked down all of them for a lack of Bat-Man.

I’m not going to rank them traditionally, but I’ll will put them in a few categories:

Would watch again:
Iron Man
Avengers
Guardians of the Galaxy
Ant-Man - I love seeing SF on the big screen
Guardians of the Galaxy 2
Spider-Man
Thor 3
Black Panther
Ant-Man 2
Captain Marvel
Avengers 4
Spider-Man 2

Could go either way:
Thor
Captain America 1
Thor 2 - I just saw it again on TV a couple days ago and didn’t change the channel (and wanted to wait until it was done)
Avengers 2
Captain America 3
Dr Strange

Don’t need to see again:
Iron Man 2
Iron Man 3 - it’s a good film, but too accurate in some places for me to want to see it again
Captain America 2
Avengers 3

Haven’t seen:
The Incredible Hulk

I am not interested in superhero movies with such an obvious lack of either Bat-Man or the Wolverine. On that metric, all of these fall short. I would probably still watch any of them if they are on FX late at night and there's not any interesting sports on.

Batman is from DC not Marvel, so the odds of him showing up are 0%. That's why I cringed.

Well that certainly sounds like a strike against Marvel.
