Perdue is the only remaining statewide dem in West Virginia (not counting Joe Manchin). I think he will lose due to a heavily polarized electorate.

Lean Perdue. I think WV will swing R, but by <2.5%, so he should be fine.

I like him. I think if Manchin runs for governor in 2024, he'll appoint Perdue or Goodwin to the seat if he wins.

Lean R, it's WV and Biden won't improve much on Clinton's numbers here, even in a landslide. Manchin's near loss against an unpopular opponent in 2018 has to be a warning sign for Democrats. Facing such difficult headwinds (landslide Trump and Justice wins), I have trouble believing Purdue survives, he might keep it close, but WV is close to gone for Democrats, at all levels. I'll say Republicans win by 5 to 7.
