The New World Triumphs - An alternate history and election TL

First of all, this will mainly be an alternate history TL, where I will sum up what happened. Elections might be covered, but i'm not sure i will do. In this TL, Spain will be covered by diseases that existed in the new world where they're not protected against, exactly the reverse of what happened in real-life, giving Aztecs and other pre-Columbian civilizations / nations the time to adapt and advance their weaponry learning new mechanics from their colonial invadors. In time, Aztecs will become a modern nations, keeping their traditions & culture, but changing into a modern empire and a rising great power, together with other colonial nations. This will also have consequences for other big conflicts (world wars, the ideology race), and have complications for the European World which will be less advanced.
