Considering the controvesty from first flag referendum in 2019. I don't beileve that another referendum is warranted. Especially when the Vexilological Symetry act updated the flag to actually be symetrical while continuing the longstanding flag of the South.

My main point for introducing this is the Southern flag is just... boring. It doesn't represent anything.

Santander actually put a lot of hidden symbolism in the original Southern flag when he designed it. It's quite a shame that you can't appreciate it.
