The Liberals - much like Labor - changed their rules, making it difficult to roll an elected PM. So, yes, probably.

What exactly were those changes?

2/3rds of the partyroom vote (so, right now, 62 MPs/Senators) is required to trigger a Liberal leadership spill in government if the incumbent leader led the party to victory at a federal election.
