It's not impossible WI votes left of PA. It won't be by 13 points of course but WI and PA were literally 0.05% apart in 2016, just a tiny bit of difference makes PA vote to the right of WI.

Trump is out there campaigning in PA and AZ, Biden is still campaigning in his basement, this is an R internal, where Rassy has it Biden +5
I doubt this will be the final result, since Biden will eventually start campaigning and get out of his basement. Our predictions arent based on present moment, it's based on what will happen on election day
