Section 4 of the Standing Orders and Assembly Procedure Act shall be amended as follows

A. Pursuant to Article 1.15 of the Lincoln Constitution, the Council shall be dissolved 72 hours before at the start of the general and or snap elections.

So, this is quite simple, we moved the time for Council dissolution, but the SOAP doesn't reflect this, and I noticed this when I was updating the SOAP earlier today. This should be dealt with soon, and I'd highly recommend that we pass this.
