Wolf +13, Casey +5. Though Casey is from the district.
Lou Barletta, his opponent, was also from there. He was once mayor of Hazleton.

Yeah, Casey only did worse than Wolf b/c Barletta represented parts of the county.

The R primary looks like it was a mess, and so far, more D votes, so this seems like a Likely D.
