Well yeah, we live in an ever-growing police state where violence is administered with no qualms if the authorities are “scared” about the situation they are in. Once they feel all “scared”, nothing matters more then to lift the state they are in with no concerns of the carnage or if they ought to reconsider things.

For some darn reason, these interactions happen when the authorities are around people of non-European descent, mainly those of African descent, at an alarmingly high rate above their makeup of the population. I think there are two polices shootings of unarmed whites that I've commented about on here. On one (a teen driver driving home from his girlfriend's house without a license), I was mostly indifferent. The victim didn't deserve death, but he was too non-compliant. On the more famous one, an over-the-top hotel arrest of a normal man doing nothing wrong already on the floor where the officer only escalated the situation, I was more disgusted than I had ever been before. And that scummy cop got off too, which is truly unbelievable.

But most are unreported because people generally don't care.

In this instance, I am of the position that no knock raids need to be done away for the most part. I don't blame the individual cops but the terrible policy. And it's despicable that someone can be charged for defending themselves in a home invasion like this.

e: In the first shooting I mentioned, the family made out like bandits from the death. There seems to be clear outrage on the Internet including clear consensus in the YouTube comments section that the teen got what he deserved.
