Ron Kind is retiring and will not run for reelection in WI-03 in 2022. This will make it much easier to draw it more Republican.

While WI-03 is likely lost, the new WI-01 is significantly more competitive (about 8 points more Democrat than before).

All GOP congressman from Wisconsin are asking the Supreme Court to block the new map, claiming it is unconstitutional.
