Considering 2014 was A wave year for the GOP Tisei would have won by a comfortable margin of against a Generic Democrat but if against Seth Moulton. Tisei Would either be Reelected by a narrow margin or lose by a large margin

Bob Dold, John Katko and Rod Blum all managed to win bluer districts that year, so Tisei probably holds on narrowly. But he almost certainly loses in 2016.
