Another poll was Kennedy +2 and this was Kennedy +16. Average this out and you get Kennedy +9. All in all, the race continues to be Lean/Likely Kennedy.

This will be another change election,  where Graham, McConnell can lose, because they are elderly like Markey and follow the status quo. Markey doesn't want to get rid of filibuster

I honestly favor Markey, but people who give more than two sh**ts about this primary are weird

Sen-elect Joe Kennedy bye Markey🤩🤩🤩

This effusive love for tepidly center-left Democratic men in their late thirties with relentlessly nonthreatening images isn't very secular of you, OC.

+16? Wow! But it still is a Memerson and was a push poll, no undecided option.

Please please let this be true.

I wanted to throw up at these “+2 polls”.

I’ll be embarrassed for my state if this doesn’t end up being a Kennedy blowout.

And the rest of us will be embarrassed for your state if it does.

To be fair, I could see an argument for voting for Kennedy now so that he'll rack up tons of seniority in the future and be chairman of one of the big pork-generating committees in 2050 or whenever. But that's 1. several more dimensions of chess than the average voter thinks in and 2. unpleasantly actuarial and morbid.

I want Markey to win, but it would be pretty pathetic on his part if he lost this badly to an empty suit with a famous last name. It would suggest he’s not the best campaigner.

I see Kennedy running for President in 2024.

If Trump wins yes. If Biden wins I think his VP is almost definitely the Dem nominee (IE Gore ‘00)

I find your lack of undecideds disturbing. Makes the poll less trustworthy.

Not surprising at all. People outside of MA still don't understand this, but Markey has no absolutely standing or name recognition here.

He's been in the Senate since 2013 and 36% of the state still didn't know him according to a August 2019 poll. You think over a third of the people in MA didn't know Elizabeth Warren then, John Kerry before he ran for president, or Ted Kennedy early in his career?
