I blame the poor response to coronavirus on the complete negigence and failure of many government officials to prepare for this and their failure to provide enough financial support to people so that they could afford to stay at home for a few months while testing and hospital capacity is built up. I don't blame some teenagers who want to meet their friends and go to the park (especially people who are taking precautions like those in the video) and I think to do that is failing to look at the bigger picture - which is certainly great for some politicians who want to pick on teenagers to look like they are doing something.
