Bills only need a majority to pass, only constitutional amendments need 2/3.

Nay- Boss Tweed, StatesRights, StevenNick (3)

If we can get Beet or ShapeShifter to vote Aye, the Amendment passes.

Should we consider this passed, so that I can sign it? That's what I was asking. It has a majority of those voting, but not of the total membership. But if we are going to go by the rule that once a week has passed, there is no more voting in the Senate, then it should be considered passed with a majority vote of those who have voted.
