Both ran in 1996, although Nader didn’t make to the ballot in all states.

My dad was a Perot-Nader voter so I would assume yes.

Interestingly enough, Nader finished ahead of Perot in Washington D.C., although Perot's running mate that year listed D.C. as his "home state" (according to Atlas).
