Yes, everybody’s crazy. From Horus being so rabidly anti-Semitic, to you comparing Bill de Blasio’s poor choice of words to pogroms like Kristallnacht.

NYT reports that Hasidic Jews are flocking to donate plasma with antibodies.

Rabbi arrested for allowing his eleven-year-old to escort two of his younger children to a neighborhood deli. No charges filed - after he's held for hours and denied the ability to pray while in custody.

There has very clearly been a directive to over-police this community at the moment.

DeBlasio's Jewish War continues as parks and playgrounds in Jewish communities become the battleground.     The Mayor shut them up, and so people are forcing them open.

Bill De Blasio is an idiot who thankfully has no career in national politics after his embarrassing campaign last year. 2021 can’t come soon enough.

Another day, another targeted incident of illegal discrimination by Bill De Blasio against the Jewish population of New York City.

Nothing in that article suggested it was targeted at any specific population.

I'm sure it's a complete coincidence that everyone listed as being targeted in defiance of state law comes from the community the Mayor publicly declared war on a few months ago. All is well.

When the government decides that a specific ethnic group is to be held under a harsher lockdown and legal standard, that group is inevitably going to resist.

Given that this comes after months of violent antisemitic attacks that largely went unanswered by NYC, De Blasio is lucky that resistance comes in the form of clipping city locks and not anything stronger.

In this timeline, the NYPD has pushed back on protesters, sometimes with violence and tear gas, actually.

The highlighted is not just confined to NYC.  This example is probably one of the most egregious, as DeBlasio is an egregiously bad public official.

It is time for law-abiding citizens to let their leaders know that their credibility is used up.  They need to let their leaders know that they have watched as leaders have condoned, and even encouraged "peaceful protesters" during a time where other activities involving crowds were prohibited.  That includes churches and lawful commerce.  The "peaceful protesters" could have easily "had their voices heard" by social media, Zoom, etc.  But this wasn't about "peaceful protesting" and "having voices heard"; this was about an open violent Marxist revolt that some are afraid of, others openly condoned, but few (if any) faced down with anything that could be considered "courage".

Let me be clear:  Our political leaders exhibited no courage on behalf of law-abiding citizens.  This extends to a great many Police Chiefs, who caved to the cowardly pols that appointed them; they abandoned their forces when they most needed backup.  And now, they fully expect law-abiding citizens, who abided by COVID-19 restrictions (many of which, arguably, did not have the force of law) with little questioning, often at great cost to them.  Now, many are expected to remain in lockdown, or return to lockdown, while BLM and Antifa get to demonstrate as they please (as if THEIR activities don't spread COVID-19).

The message to our "leaders" on this score ought to be a polite, but resolute "No, we will not comply!".  We ought to explain to our leaders, briefly but firmly, that expecting law-abiding citizens to remain in lockdown while condoning group activities on behalf of BLM and Antifa is the bridge too far.  Our response is not going to be "Thank you, ma'am/sir!  May I have another?".  The contempt many leaders have for citizens who have obeyed laws and complied with directives for the common weal is astounding, and it is intolerable for a self-governing republic.  It's not too much to expect law-abiding citizens to be treated with the same regard as rioters by their elected leaders.  A healthy sign for our democracy would be for a good many Mayors and Governors to recognize this and actually take actions to make meaningful amends.

Look at this response by a proper leader addressing Covid spread in a marginalized community without stigmatizing them.

https://www.nydailynews.com/coronavirus/ny-coronavirus-cuomo-schools-testing-20200929-n36cmscdxzaplkwkp3vlms3zqe-story.html

It's a very good statement, but it doesn't go quite far enough. The only way to get the trust of the community and show that he's taking their safety and their concerns seriously is by using his powers to remove De Blasio. The community can't be expected to answer to him after his repulsive actions in April and beyond. Cuomo should take charge of controlling this outbreak personally after ensuring that the Jewish community never has to be threatened by this tin-pot dictator again.

This is absolutely not true at all.
