I can see Fried running in 2022 if it is a Trump midterm.  Otherwise, I expect her to seek reelection.

I expected Fried to wait to run for Governor until 2026 due to DeSantis’ popularity, but given how poorly DeSantis has handled the coronavirus situation I think she’ll likely run in 2022 (and win).

All signs point to Castro running for Gov in 2022, should Ds win TX. Beto said if Dems win TX in 2020, he would recruit someone good in 2022 to run for Gov

She will probably run for Governor in 2022, and with DeSantis' missteps on coronavirus which have reduced his popularity, it will probably be a close race, and I don't know who would win.

Which is the same fate as Kevin de Leon.

My advice for Fried: run for reelection as Agriculture Commissioner in 2022 & go for the FL Governor's Mansion in 2026 (assuming DeSantis is elected President in 2024) against Nunez.

That's quite a big assumption to make

If I was Fried, I'd wait for 2026 as well, unless DeSantis' approvals collapse by late 2021 and into 2022.
