In order, score = 1/10 1 is most democratic and 10 is most republican (trend is current "swing" states (I'm including presidential swing states + states with a split senate delegation)
Nevada currently 3, probably going to become a 2 long-term Pennsylvania currently a 5, probably going to become a 4 longer-term Montana currently 9, probably going to move to a 7 or a 6 Maine currently a 2, might go to a 5 or 6 in a decade New Hampshire currently 3, might go to a 4 Arizona currently a 6, well on the path to becoming a 4 Wisconsin currently 5 - pretty static. Michigan currently 5 - in a couple decades it could become a 6 or a 7, depending on if Detroit keeps shrinking or not. Florida currently 6 - toss-up, it depends on a lot of factors. Ohio currently 8 - static West Virginia currently 11, there is no way in hell democrats can win this state in the next 20 years unless DC expands
