Agreed, provided you learn Latin American Spanish instead of European Spanish. (My sister insists there's a difference as she started learning froma teacher who spoke the one and then got flummoxed when we moved when she was in high school and her new Spanish teacher spoke the other.)

For myself, I'd like to learn Catalan.
