Atlasian Regional Senate

What happens if a college sees this requirement as bogus and does it anyways?
I hope my amendment addresses that concern as it adds real teeth to the policy while also making this more friendly to concerns of regional rights in making education policy. I also cleaned up the formatting of this bill.

I don’t see what this changes aside from making this go into effect immediately?

Nay

That moment when you are a better Federalist than at least one of the 2 Fed Senators Tongue

Anyways I fullu support getting rid of affirmative action but I think this bill intrudes into the competences and powers of the regions. This should be a regional bill like the one the South (probably) has or the famous one Lincoln had and then repealed

This actually devolves power to the regions as regions who want to maintain affirmative action can simply add more funding to their universities.

Imagine if you primaried him and tied, twice!

Of course that is just impossible, tying twice wouldn't happen in a million years.

It's a real shame that today the Senate voted to restrict the ability of children of underprivileged backgrounds to have a fair shot at life.
