The following is not exhaustive of all of the voters with the above positions, but would fit the criteria you've given.

Managerial or executive white collar workers in large corporations.

They vote straight ticket Republican, but supported Trump's primary challengers and would seriously consider voting for a moderate Democrat over the likes of Hawley if they thought he was sincere. Those who live in NC probably backed Roy Cooper in 2016, but won't do so in 2020.

Rural black voters who back the ADOS movement.

They lean Democratic, but often back third parties to protest certain candidates (with a preference for left wing ones, and one that is more commonly expressed at the federal level). They supported Sanders in 2016 and 2020.

The first is probably elderly and supported Hillary in the 2016 primairies and Biden or Bloomberg in the 2020 primaries.

The second is probably a 4chan user and supported either Trump or Sanders in the 2016 primaries and Sanders in the 2020 primaries.

The first one is your standard rich businessman. The second one might be a homeless vet.

I kind of think that a non-trivial number of Black Democrats and (probably more if you remove support for reparations) many Black Republicans fall into the second category
