I like the idea of expanding to 150 seats to lessen the chance of extremely one-sided maps (like 2018) and that would probably be the easiest thing to do when it comes to Senate reforms.

As far as the Senate's mere existence, I can't say that I like it as a Californian, but I do understand why it exists and I would not call for its abolition. That said, under no circumstances should the Senate be the more powerful of the two houses of Congress. The House, at the very least, should have a say in judicial nominees (I would strip the Senate of this power altogether) and there should be a way for the House to overrule the Senate with a supermajority—I think a 60% vote should suffice. Also, any bill passed by the House must be taken up by the Senate and if the Senate does not vote on a bill, then it is assumed that the Senate consents and it goes straight to the President's desk for his signature or veto. As far as overriding a veto is concerned, I would keep that exactly the same.
