Nasty stuff. This lock-down is making people kooky.
I'm sure that someone who would do this was the portrait of mental and spiritual stability two months ago. 
Yeah, blaming the lockdown for this is a bit of a stretch and then some.
First I will note that I have deep respect for Meclazine's contributions here.
But this specific case, the lockdown causing this or so it did allegedly, doesn't actually make sense. First, this person had these issues long prior. Second, Canada actually did not do strict lockdowns as much as other countries, so you can't use lockdown as a reason for this to happen. Thirdly and finally, few of the shooting's actual details would have been altered much at all by corona virus (though I might be wrong here).
