Someone young who voted for Obama due to his youth, switched sides or believed that Hillary was going to win anyway, was aware of Ted Cruz' bad reputation in the senate and wanted to spite him, and thinks Biden is too old.

Also, the last Southern Democrat of "insert rural West Texas county of preference" who finally jumped ship in 2016 but met with O'Rourke during the 254 county tour and was impressed by him.
