Dkrol- open question- what are the rules on using information from the later books? Is there some sort of fog of war effect/limit?

For example characters who don't know about R+L=J can't suddenly just crown a certain member of the night watchs right?

Hey really sorry to do this just before the turn ends but I'm going to have to drop out- I had half my orders typed up on monday but the increase in work means I won't have much time over the next few weeks- always prefer to do these things properly rather than half-assed and frees up the fun of dorne for someone who can give the plotting time!
