I have a knack for starting projects and not finishing them. I did an alternate states 2.0 thing recently, inspired by AntonioV. But after consulting with him I decided to make it 34 states instead of 58 or 59. It has been gathering some dust until I thought I might jump back in. But now I am tempted to take my own take on another Antonio thing.
I am extremely torn, and I don't have the time for both of these at once. I ask y'all forumgoers to help me make a decision as to what to do.

Race-based CDs leading 4-3. I'll wait for either a few days or 30 votes, whichever comes first.

I'm really hoping 34 states win. Race-based CDs sounds awful. I will say that if Jim Crow was never delegitimized that giving segregated groups political autonomy would be the right thing to do if there was no integration.

1 day left, and turnout is about half the threshold.

34 states won 12 votes to 6 for Race-based CDs.
