I think this is more about winning influence in terms of concessions from the Biden campaign than winning the nomination. He suspended his campaign, of course we know he isn't going to win the nomination, nor is he seeking it any longer at this point.

No guys, Bernie can still win! He can build a time machine and go back in time to when he was in the lead, and then rig the South Carolina primary so he gets 100% of the vote! Boe Jiden can’t stand up to that!
