I've always loved how they use "Bob the Tool"

For those not in the know...rather than just layering each ingredient on top of the other, they mix up the ingredients so that each bite is consistent.

Chicken burrito, with white rice, pinto beans, fajita veggies, lettuce, shredded cheese, mild salsa (pico de gallo)

Sometimes I’ll splurge and go for barbacoa instead.

I’ve only been to Qdobe once, but it was good. Liked their queso. Never gotten Chipotle’s queso.
