Itīs great, isnīt it ?
Did the american version have subtitles or was it in english ?
Itīs just bad it didnīt get an oscar 2006 for best foreign movie.
the actors, especially julia jentsch were playing shockingly realistic.

I thought the first 45 minutes were really funny, but then the laughter died down. Nevertheless, it was way better than past Simpson's episodes from Season 18 onwards. The film also pointed me in the right direction for who to vote for in 2008, ITCHY/HILLARY!

I saw it too yesterday. Was quite funny. Basically this movie guarantees a Clinton presidency next year, with all the advertisment for her in the movie Wink

Yeah, itīs based on the book by Todd Strasser, but this movie has a more tragic ending than the book.

Iīm watching "Remember the Titans" in 10 minutes. Iīve never seen this movie, but Obama seemed to use songs from it at one point in his campaign. Is it worth watching ?

Mission to Mars (2000)

What I donīt get is why this sandstorm which increasingly looked like an alien-created tornado in the shape of a mouth "chased" the astronauts after they discovered the alien face on top of the Mars mountain ...

I mean if these aliens created the humans by leaving DNA on the Earth after they abandoned Mars, why would they create a tornado-like sandstorm that is killing their "seed" or "children" ?

It's already rated R though so that's kind of moot, she's probably just a prude.

True, but even among the R-rated American movies itīs always more violence than sex.

Harry Potter 7 yesterday.

I have to agree that it is the best of the movies and also the most depressing. I haven't read the book 7 in a while, but I think they mostly went along it.

I remember that most of the times the audience in my cinema was so silent that you could hear a needle drop down to the floor and I also heard a few kids cry at one point ... Tongue

The illustration of the fairly tale of the "3 brothers" was also very well done ... Smiley

Iīm already looking forward to the last one next year.
