If you watch someone breaking the law, you report it.
That being said, families are different and I wouldn’t report a parent and a child/a few siblings/a couple. If it’s a group of teens (who are obviously not related) or a gathering, you report that.

perhaps you're too young to remember, but a few years ago we had issues with black people and cops, maybe Covid 19 made that a non-issue?

attempt?  I know you read the Libertarian Bad Thread, though I notice you were smart enough to not say anything in it.
I never have advocated for police to not enforce the law in my lifetime. Not during the 2014-2016 period and certainly not now. We can argue whether police are disproportionately targeting minorities and if its justified, but that isn’t the same as telling bystanders to not report crimes.
