A voter's ballot is valid only if the voter:

1. Is registered with the Atlasian Registrar General as a voter of a Southern state during the entire time that the poll is open (12 AM EST between Thursday, April 2, 2020 and Friday, April 3, 2020 to exactly 72 hours later);
2. makes only a single post in that election thread;
3. does not edit or delete the post more than one hour after the post has been made; and
4. clearly identifies the contest in which a vote is intended to be applied, except when there is only one contest on the ballot.

RIGHT TO LIFE AMENDMENT

Section 1 (Title)
i. The title of this Amendment shall be, the “Right to Life Amendment.” It may be cited by its ordinal number in order of ratification.

Section 2 (Right to Live Amendment)
i. The following shall be appended to Article I of the Constitution of the Republic of Atlasia as the next section thereof:

The right of citizens of the Republic of Atlasia to health care, including but not limited to care necessary to prevent and treat illness, shall not be denied.

ii. Congress shall have power and discretion of method to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.

2. I strongly support the public option but I don't think healthcare is a constitutional right, or that the power of the Congress to act on healthcare should be constitutionally-ingrained more so than other powers. Programs like Social Security and the public option can exist outside the realm of constitutional-level status while being recognized as an integral part of the status quo.
